Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) posted on Sunday its consolidated financial results for FY13, showing that net losses shrank to EGP 1.451 billion, compared with EGP 9.126 billion net loss in FY12.
Standalone revenues for FY13 reached EGP 3.767 million, compared with standalone loss of EGP 81 million.
The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) management has decided Tuesday, June 17, to continue trading suspension on OCI till receiving the company’s financial statements.
On June 2, the bourse suspended trading on OCI till the company submitted its consolidated financial statements for the two fiscal periods that ended on December 31, 2013 and March 31, 2014. According to the bourse statement, the company was requested to send consolidated financial statements within 15 days from today.
